LA POSERIE is a newly renovated farmhouse. It offers exceptional views of Normandy Switzerland, its neat and elegant interior is ideal for families or groups of friends. The fully equipped kitchen area will delight the chef, the cocooning living room equipped with a wood-burning stove for relaxing moments, evenings. For nature lovers, in the vicinity, outdoor activities, close to the greenway, Aqua Sud swimming pool, Clécy 9 km and 45 km from the landing beaches. The space Large living room with lounge area and wood-burning stove that will bring you warmth and comfort (wood provided free of charge). A very bright dining room with panoramic views of the valley. A fully equipped kitchen, cooking range, … ideal for preparing snacks or good dishes (raclette service, waffle makers, etc...). On the ground floor, bedroom with bed 160 x 200 + bathroom, toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 bed, 1 through bedroom with 1 140x190 bed + 1 90x190 bed, 1 mezzanine bed 140x190, 1 bathroom, toilet. Note the sheets are for rent: €12 per bed made. Please note bath towels are not provided. Particularly suitable for families and friends, the gite is conveniently located just minutes from the activities of the Swiss Normandy (canoeing, kayaking, pedal boats, zip line, climbing) Outside you will share your friendly meals on the large garden table with a beautiful unobstructed view of Normandy Switzerland. A barbecue is available for your use. In the basement, a bistro foosball table (coin mechanism disabled), a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a clothes rack. Everything has been thought out to make sure that you do not miss anything. Guest access The entire house. Other things to note You have the option to rent linen for the beds (bed made, €12 per bed). Weekend rental hours: check-in from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. day of departure possible outside school holidays. Weekly rental hours: check-in after 5:00 p.m. and checkout before 10:00 a.m. Parties and other events are not permitted.
