Typical Breton seaside farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located 2 km from the beaches of the Bay of St-Brieuc, in the heart of the Côtes d'Armor region. It dates back to the 19th century and was carefully renovated in 2023. Its large garden of over 1000 m² is located in a natural setting, in absolute tranquility, and close to the sea (2 km), including the magnificent Rosaires Beach and the seaside resort of Binic. This family farmhouse is the ideal place for holidays or weekends with friends, ensuring a peaceful stay. The space Our house has been completely renovated with quality materials. We've preserved the old-world charm (beams, exposed stone, fireplace, etc.) and modernized it for greater comfort and light. The farmhouse is completely independent and features a garden of over 1,000 m² and a terrace of over 100 m². We also provide a barbecue. It is ideally located, 2 km from the beaches, 2 km from the pretty village of Pordic with all the small shops (bakery, butcher, florist, etc.), and 2 km from a supermarket (Intermarché). Everything you need is just a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride away. For a shopping spree, St. Brieuc and its shopping center are 10 minutes away. The farmhouse comprises: On the ground floor: - a large living room of over 50m² with a lounge-dining room and open kitchen opening onto the terrace and garden. - the kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, and everything you need for cooking (induction hob), as well as a wine cellar. - a master suite (double bed 160x200) with bathroom (double sink and bathtub) and dressing area. - a toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs: - an adult bedroom with a double bed (160x200) - a children's bedroom with two single beds (90x190) - a bathroom with double sink and shower. - a toilet. - a landing with a desk and a children's reading area. Baby equipment is available: a travel cot, a bottle warmer, a baby food maker, a bathtub, and a high chair. Many toys are also provided for children (books, beach toys, board games, etc.). Four bicycles are also available (two for adults, one with a child seat, and two for children), and hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking trails are located at the end of the garden. In terms of activities, you can visit the Côtes d'Armor region with its must-see attractions: the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, the Pink Granite Coast, Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel, Paimpol and the Île de Bréhat, Dinan, and more. Other things to note Our farmhouse is non-smoking. The children's room cannot accommodate adults. The beds are suitable for teenagers, but not for adults. Please respect this rule. We ask that you clearly indicate the number of adults and children in your reservation. For your stay, cleaning and laundry fees apply. The cleaning fee is intended to pay the salary declared to the person in charge of this work. The laundry is carried out by a professional, allowing you to enjoy perfectly clean linens. We ask that the house and kitchen be in a suitable condition upon your departure. The dishes must be done and put away. We appeal to your common sense to ensure that the house is in a suitable condition at the end of your stay. We reserve the right to request that Airbnb deduct an additional cleaning fee from the security deposit if we observe a lack of respect in the use and occupation of the premises.
