The space The flat comprises - A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom: with 3 single beds on the mezzanine floor, and a double sofa bed at the bottom of the mezzanine. - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC Outside : - A 4 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Eaux-Bonnes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat in the free public car park.
