Welcome to your beachfront apartment! The apartment is fully equipped to meet all your needs during your stay. Guests can cook, relax and enjoy sea views and the Seulles in a warm cocoon. Peaceful and facing west, it is located on the harbor close to the center and 700 m from the beach. This one was completely renovated and equipped in 2024. Public parking spaces are available at the foot and near the building. The space The apartment is composed of: - a living room with a 140 x 200 Poltrone Sofa sofa bed offering excellent sleeping comfort - a living room with a table and 4 chairs - a kitchen area with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machines (small capsules) - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed (Emma mattress) - a bathroom with shower and washing machine - a separate toilet - a loggia equipped with a table with 2 chairs, a closet (with beach games) and a bench chest - Wi-Fi is available and included in the rate - 2 HD TVs (living room and bedroom) with Netflix Access to the apartment located on the 3rd floor can be made by stairs or elevator. Other things to note To help you travel light, a baby kit is available upon request (baby bed with mattress, high chair, baby bath). Toys are also available for children. Bed and bath linen are provided.
