Upstairs, access via a covered staircase located in the entrance veranda leads to a third bedroom (one queen-size bed + two single trundle beds) with a shower room and separate toilet. A glass door in the living room provides indoor access to the heated, covered swimming pool (3.20 x 7.20 m), open year-round. The pool area includes a shower and provides access to a fourth separate toilet. The pool water is salt-treated. Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden, a gravelled courtyard with parking for several cars, a covered terrace (summer kitchen with barbecue, outdoor games), an uncovered terrace (tables and chairs, deckchairs), and a pétanque court.
