You will enjoy a pleasant outdoor area with a secure private swimming pool (5 x 3 m), a barbecue, 4 sun loungers, garden furniture and a large table for dining on the terrace. The terrace is equipped with pergolas with sliding canopies, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of day. The property features a large, bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine with coffee beans, kettle, etc.), a dining area, and a lounge area with a TV. Ducted air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
