Welcome to Cruzy, a charming little village located in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon. Our village of Cruzy is located in the Hérault, between Béziers and Narbonne and is close to the Canal du Midi. If you want to enjoy the beach, you can discover beautiful seaside resorts just 30 minutes away by car. Nature lovers, beautiful hiking trails and villages of character are to be appreciated. The space The villa is a modern villa of 100m2, on one level, perfect for your family stay. It is located in a subdivision on a country road, on a fenced and wooded plot of 517m2. You will have a private unheated swimming pool of 5 × 3 m, secured (bar cover), a barbecue, 4 deckchairs, an offset parasol, a garden table for 8 people and a garden lounge, to fully enjoy the outdoors. The pool is not heated: its use depends on weather conditions and is generally appreciated from the end of spring. The large terrace is protected by sliding canvas pergolas. The house consists of: - 1 large living room (40 m2) with dining area, fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, US refrigerator, hob with integrated hood, coffee maker, kettle, blender, Cookeo, etc.) and a seating area with TV (65-inch with TNT, VIDAA TV and Prime/Netflix with guest login credentials) 3-seater sofa bed. -1 Master suite (10m2 with 140x190 bed) equipped with a TV with private bathroom, toilet and dressing room. A window opens to the deck. -1 bedroom (10m2 with 140x190 bed) with large closet  -1 bedroom (11 m² with 140 x 190 bed) with large closet  -1 library room of 6 sqm (books and board games are available) -1 Bathroom (6.4m2) -1 separate toilet -1 laundry room equipped with a washing machine (accessible in one part of the garage, the other part of the garage will not be accessible to guests, the house being our main residence we keep this space for personal purposes.) The house is air conditioned with jacketable air conditioning and equipped with WiFi. There are 2 private parking spots with direct access to the house. The rental is very suitable for families with children. Groups of young people are not allowed, nor are pets. Rental is only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday (7 days). No smoking in the house (only outside , ashtrays will be provided). You will be greeted for the hand delivery of the keys with explanations of the operation of all the equipment (an explanatory booklet will also be available in the house) and an inventory will be made upon your departure. The supply of bed linen and bathroom linen is included in the price. The end of stay cleaning is included in the price however, guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy . We are confident that you will have wonderful moments of relaxation and fun in our home and that you will enjoy our beautiful region and all its treasures.
