Come and put your suitcases in the middle of Trentemoult in this old and unmissable fishing village. Located in the town of Rezé, 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the hyper-center of Nantes, this picturesque village is known for its walks through its colorful houses and small alleys. "L'a CasaFamilia" will be perfect for stays for families or groups of friends. The space On the ground floor of this cozy home, you will discover our master suite. It consists of a sleeping area with a double bed, a small living room, a desk area, a shower, private toilets and a separate entrance. For your convenience, we also provide a coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. You can access the floors of the house from the outside. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room and on the second, the other two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), a bathroom and a large dressing room. To ensure your stay goes smoothly, we provide you with bed linen, towels and toiletries. To make your stay more enjoyable, you will be warmly welcomed by our "Welcome Basket" concocted with some products from regional suppliers. We also provide board games and books. Feel like playing sports? Borrow the house's balls and join the field right across! To ensure your safety, both entrances to the accommodation are equipped with a smart lock. No need for a key, a simple code is enough! Finally, several free parking lots are close to the property. Other things to note - Note that the master suite has a ceiling height of 1.90 m with exposed beams. - If you are arriving or departing from the airport or SNCF train station, please let me know.
