In a secure residence with elevator, enjoy a superb and comfortable bright 44 m2 2-room apartment (rated 3*) on the top floor with a furnished balcony (not private). You can arrive by train or by car (free private parking) to visit Dax on foot. You will be in a quiet area and 2 minutes from the hot spring, all amenities, thermal baths, halls, etc. By car: 35 min to beaches, 1 hr to Spain only one COMPANION ANIMAL accepted upon REQUEST before BOOKING The space It has a living room with an open kitchen The kitchen is equipped with an Electrolux fridge, a Moulinex multifunction oven, a Bosch washing machine, pretty dishes and lots of kitchen utensils, cordless vacuum cleaner, etc. There is a dining area with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals comfortably. The living room is furnished with a sofa convertible into a 140 x 160 bed, a coffee table, a smart TV, a nice wicker armchair The bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 queen size bed with two bedside tables, a huge closet with shelves and a wardrobe. For babies: baby bed, highchair, baby bath available A bathroom with towel dryer, hair dryer, shower with a stool. The toilet is separate. There is fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The apartment is dual-aspect so bright. It has a non-private balcony but where only you have access with a small table corner and two chairs as well as a parasol Linens, sheets, towels etc. are provided. The bed will be made except the sofa bed where the linen will be made available to you Garage at your disposal for free. Parking is available in front without entering the garage depending on the size of the vehicle. CAUTION the parking lot is located in the residence which is located on a pedestrian street with terminals controlled by the city of Dax The entrance is at Place du Mirailh. The TERMINALS are open ONLY from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (except Feria de Dax where access is prohibited) and closed on Sundays. You must therefore organize yourself if you need your vehicle at a time when the terminals are closed. There is free parking nearby and one hour free on paid parking spaces Guest access ATTENTION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY In the residence the garage is standard so be careful if you have a big car, truck, SUV, etc. it may not be possible to park there. The pedestrian street that leads to the residence is regulated. Access is managed by mobile terminals open every day (entrance 19 rue Cazade) Place du Mirailh: 🕒 from 7am-10am and 7pm-9pm Free parking close to the apartment. For spa guests, the City of Dax offers enclosed and secure parking within 150 m of the apartment for 40 euros for 3 weeks. You can contact the Town Hall parking service to reserve your space (see phone numbers in the last photos) If the 3-week reservation is made at least two months before the stay, a request for access to the terminals for 7 days a week and 24 hours a day opening can be made to the City's technical services by me You are asked to drive very slowly on the pedestrian street. Parking is charged from 8:30 - 12:30 and 14:00 - 18:00. Parking is free on Saturdays from 12:30 pm, on Sundays and public holidays. You must therefore organize yourself if you need your vehicle at a time when the terminals are closed for reservations of less than three weeks or made less than two months before. TRAIN: For people who will arrive by train, there is a free vitenville shuttle that leaves you at Place de la Fontaine Hot which is a two-minute walk from the residence. A small table area with two chairs sheltered by an umbrella is set up to take meals or enjoy the sun but we ask you to be quiet so as not to disturb the neighbors.
