This beautiful villa of 140 m2 ,located 900m from the city center and a short drive from the beaches offers you absolute relaxation. A pool equipped with an alarm will allow you to cool off from the warm Mediterranean sun ☀️ Finally,La Casa du Sud is the ideal place for a dream vacation 😴 So book fast for a memorable stay 😉 The space Spacious and bright spaces open onto a large shaded terrace equipped with a gas plancha where you can enjoy your meals alfresco. 2 bikes will be available to you. No wifi but villa equipped with fiber optics with very high speed. The pool is equipped with an alarm for families with children. Guest access On the ground floor , large bay windows open to a glittering pool view,creating a dream setting to start or end your day. You can also relax in a room with a sofa bed. Finally ,a recent, very modern and functional kitchen will allow you to prepare good dishes. Upstairs you will find 2 bathrooms including one attached to a parental space with its king size bed and 2 other bedrooms each with their 140cm bed. In all the spaces of Casa du Sud ,you can fully enjoy your vacation while feeling at home. Other things to note A deposit of €500 in cash will be requested upon check-in and returned on the day of departure once the outgoing inventory is carried out (if no damage) Key sets will be given to guests only in person.
