2.5 hours by train from Paris, ideally located on the Alabaster coast, our house offers a real exotic getaway to enjoy the sea air and the lively city center of Fécamp (10 minutes walk from the center and the train station, 15 minutes from the beach). With a large sunny terrace (40 m2) and a pleasant garden, it is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to discover the riches of the Alabaster Coast. The space Renovated and very well-equipped the house includes 3 floors, an extensive terrace to enjoy the sun and a wooded and enclosed garden below. • On the ground floor, a kitchen, bathroom, living room, separate toilet, and access to the large terrace (west facing) from the kitchen glass window. - On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, equipped with double beds. - On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms in a row: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. - In the basement, a bathroom with extra WC, shower and washing machine. *Regarding linens, the rental is without sheets, towels, tea towels. The double beds in the 3 bedrooms are 2*140 and 1*160, and 2 single 90 beds are also available (mezzanine bench). So you can bring your sheets and linens or the concierge who will welcome them can provide them (flat sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and towel) for €20 per queen bed and €11 per small bed.
