You will have an access to the common area: -Pool -Terrace -Gym -Ludoteca We are next to the street maybe you can experiment some noise ;) Other things to note To access the building, the administration asks us to share the identification of each of the guests in advance. I also share the apartment rules: - No parties or loud music. - No additional people authorized in the reservation are allowed to enter. - It must be kept clean and well-cared for. - The keys and access card must be handed over. If lost, you'll need to pay $750 pesos. Common area rules: - No parties allowed in the roof garden. - Pool and gym hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Sunday. - No alcoholic beverages, glass containers, and/or food in the roof garden, swimming pool, or gym. - Balls and skates are prohibited. - Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult. - Sandals or shoes must be worn on the terrace. - No loud noises. -No Pets allowed - Enter the pool in a bathing suit. - Diving is not allowed in the pool. - When using the gym, wear sportswear and tennis shoes, and bring a towel. In case of non-compliance with any rule, a fine will have to be paid, according to the building regulations. ————————
