For your stay, we offer this spacious top of villa with a beautiful sea view, ideally located on the north of the municipality of Ajaccio. Located 5km from the historic center of Ajaccio, the airport, the 1st beach, it is in a very quiet residential area. If a car is recommended for getting around, you are just 1km from a bus stop and local shops. The space The apartment has a surface area of about 140m² and is composed of: - 1 master bedroom with a queen bed - 2 bedrooms with trundle beds (drawer beds with the possibility of making either 2 single beds or 1 double bed) - 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen - 1 large bathroom with shower + bathtub + separate toilet inside the bathroom. - 1 second separate toilet. - A dining room living room - 1 terrace adjoining the living room with sea view of 25 sqm - 1 kitchen side terrace of 50 sqm AMENITIES The apartment has all the necessary amenities (see list of amenities) Some details: - Ultra-equipped kitchen with wine cellar, mixer, blender, citrus press, yogurt maker... - Reversible air conditioning located in the living room - Floor fans available if needed - TV with TV Box SHARED SPACES AND AMENITIES WITH OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS The residence is divided into 3 accommodations: - Your apartment at the top of the villa - A Villa Ground Floor - An outbuilding at the back of the villa Each has an independent entrance and a private terrace. The respective spaces are quite well separated within the residence. Shared spaces are: - The pool and its summer kitchenette with gas griddle - Outdoor laundry - Parking in the garden MISCELLANEOUS 🧺 We take care of the end-of-stay cleaning, we provide the sheets and towels 🛏️ The beds are made for your arrival for immediate comfort (except for sofa beds, we leave the linen available) 📶 The accommodation has Wi-Fi 🍖 Your barbecue is charcoal. A gas plancha is accessible to all in the kitchenette near the pool. 🚗 You can park in the garden 🐢 No pets allowed because we already have 2 cats that roam around and it is not uncommon to come across Hermann's tortoises in the garden, a wild and protected species that should not be disturbed. 🚭 The interior of the apartment is non-smoking. 🏊‍♀️ The pool has a salt treatment. Its maintenance is done regularly by a professional. ⚠️For safety reasons, the pool gate must always remain closed. Despite the gate and signs, you will need to supervise the children and never leave them unattended!!! ⚠️ 🧂🧂 Minimum basic food and cleaning products are available but not due.
