Ideal for 1 or 2 families, or a group of 6 adults, the beautifully decorated house consists of 3 bedrooms including a dormitory for 6 children. 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, 2 separate toilets. A large living room of 60 m2 open to the furnished terrace with sea view. The space A U-shaped architecture that allows sea view and outdoor access to the main rooms of the house. A mixture of stone and natural wood, the house has large openings for a very pleasant "inside/outside" life. The large, very bright living room and its kitchen open to the dining area that can accommodate up to 12 guests overlooking the terrace with sea view. We provide a fully equipped kitchen for families, complemented by a back kitchen with all the necessary comforts and amenities. 2 coffee machines will allow you to choose according to your preferences capsules or beans. The sleeping areas consist of 3 bedrooms. A large bedroom with sea view and double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large closet and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A second double bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) with sea view, open dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The 3rd bedroom is a dormitory converted into small individual cabins for 6 children (2 adults can also stay there because 2 beds are 90 x 200 cm). The large terrace with sea view has a dining area with a barbecue and garden furniture with traditional umbrellas to protect yourself from the sun. The 9 x 3.5 x 1.40 m pool is heated from May to the end of October, it is surrounded by 2 large wooden terraces with deckchairs and parasols, all with sea views. A submerged beach allows reading or relaxing with family or friends in the water. It is equipped with an immersed roller shutter for child safety. There’s also an outdoor shower.
