Independent single-storey house of 40 m2 classified as a ⭐⭐⭐ furnished tourist accommodation, refurbished in 2024. A pleasant living room with a seating area (non-convertible sofa) with TV and free Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen (microwave oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee maker and kettle). An enclosed space with sliding door consisting of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed (new and quality pocket spring mattress), a shower and sink area and a closed toilet. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults sharing the same bed and 1 child OR baby. ↪️A folding bed OR a cot are available to accommodate a child and NOT AN ADULT, in addition the sofa is NOT a bed. 🏡 Enjoy the views of the shared garden, relax on your sunny west-facing terrace and have lunch in the shade of the courtyard. 🐮🐴 You will be surrounded by our animals: Limousin cows, chickens, Ouessant sheep and our pony Grison. If you are interested, we will show you our world on the farm! Guest access 🏡 Garden and courtyard shared with the Chez Léonie gîte 🚙 Independent entrance to the owners Other things to note ⚠️ We apply a RATE WITHOUT CLEANING FEES, we ask that the house be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it. If the cleaning is not done upon departure, we charge €50 through the resolution center. If you would like the cleaning package, please let us know. Cleaning ➡️ fee extra: €20 for a 2- and 3-night stay €30 stay of 4 to 7 nights €50 stay longer than a week 💧🔥Water and Heating included in a reasonable manner. Programmed inertia radiators, indicated temperature 19° corresponds to 20/21°, no increase possible. 🛌 Sheets and a towel provided except for babies: cot sheets and towel not provided. (Shared high chair and changing table, to be requested in advance.) 🫧🧂WELCOME KIT (2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, a few pods...), some groceries and cleaning products provided. ⌚ Flexible check-in times from 5 p.m. (or after 6 p.m. if you have booked within the previous 24 hours) and self check-in possible.
