Independent single storey house of 40 m2 classified as furnished tourist property⭐⭐⭐, refurbished in 2024. A pleasant living room with a seating area (non-convertible sofa) with TV and free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine and kettle). An enclosed space with sliding door composed of a bedroom with 140 bed (new and quality pocket spring mattress), a shower area and sink and an enclosed toilet. Maximum capacity: 2 adults sharing the same bed and 1 child OR baby. ↪️A folding bed OR an umbrella bed are available to accommodate a child and NOT AN ADULT, plus the sofa is NOT a bed. 🏡 Enjoy the view of the shared garden, relax on your sunny west-facing terrace and have lunch in the shade of the courtyard. 🐮🐴 You will be surrounded by our animals: limousine cows, chickens, sheep from Ushant and our pony Grison. If you are interested, we will show you our world on the farm! Guest access 🏡 Garden and courtyard shared with the Chez Léonie cottage 🚙 Separate entrance to owners Other things to note ⚠️ We apply a RATE WITHOUT CLEANING FEES, we ask that the house be returned in the same state of cleanliness and tidiness as you found it. If the cleaning is not done upon your departure, we charge €50 via the resolution center. If you would like the cleaning fee, please let us know. ➡️ Extra cleaning fee: €20 2-3 night stay €30 stay for 4-7 nights €50 stay over a week 💧🔥Water and heating included in a reasoned way. Inertia programmed heaters, temperature indicated 19° is 20/21°, no increase possible. 🛌 Sheets and a towel provided except for babies: sheets for the umbrella bed and towel not provided. (Shared high chair and changing table, to be requested in advance.) 🫧🧂WELCOME KIT (2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, a few pods...), some groceries and cleaning products provided. ⌚ Flexible arrival times from 5 p.m. (or after 6 p.m. if you booked within the previous 24 hours) and self check-in possible. However, in order to allow cleaning and ventilation, departures will not be able to take place after 11am. Thank you for understanding. ⚠️ NON-CLIMATIZED, old house that keeps cool as long as you be careful to close the shutters and windows during the day and open at night.
