Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The space The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - A 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower and washing machine - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), integrated shower room with WC - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - An 8mx1m west-facing balcony with harbour views. Other things to note - The living room is air-conditioned - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
