Our tastefully decorated accommodation is the perfect place for your stay in the beautiful city of Toulon. Located a few steps from the port, you will be in the heart of the neighborhood's activity while enjoying a quiet and welcoming space. You will also be well placed to go to the famous Mayol stadium 🏉 The space This converted former business, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 4 people. Because of this, it's atypical with its large exterior shutter and windows overlooking the street, while preserving your privacy. The space offers a clever row layout with a separate sleeping area to ensure your privacy. The lounge area is equipped with an extra sofa bed and the sleeping area with a double bed. The sofa bed is an extra bed. Although in perfect condition, the comfort of its bedding is not that of a conventional bed. The built-in kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, but also all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. Everything you need to spend a serene first night will be provided (coffee, tea, water, dishwashing liquid, cleaning kit...). As the apartment is equipped with internet, it is very comfortable to work. The bathroom is also fully equipped, with towels for the number of people indicated when you booked, hair dryer and basic toiletries. The apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, very well maintained. The tasteful décor creates a cozy, modern atmosphere, inviting you to relax after a busy day exploring the area. -- Train and bus stations are a 13-minute walk away. The pier for the Bateau-Bus to La Seyne, Les Sablettes and Saint Mandrier are a 2-minute walk away. Located in the pedestrian center, the apartment is in the heart of the living center of the city. Rue des Arts and its many local galleries and shops is at the bottom of the building, but also the Opera, Cours Lafayette, Place de l 'Équerre, Les Halles, are within a 10-minute walk. The beaches of Le Mourillon are a 30-minute walk away or 15 minutes by bus or car. The pier for Corsica is a 5 minute drive, 10 minute walk. All basic necessities are provided for your arrival. It will be up to you to renew during your stay if needed. So you will find all the linens (sheets, towels, towels...), but also a cleaning and hygiene kit at your disposal. We are at your disposal in case of additional cleaning during your stay, but also linen renewal, grocery delivery service, etc... (on request, services charged extra). Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and is accessible directly from the street. You have the entire apartment to yourself. All linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. We offer a cleaning and linen service during your stay (additional service).
