The flat is located on the 4th floor of a residence on 8 floors. Ideally located only 10 minutes walk from the centre and beach, restaurants and shops, this comfortable and spacious flat is perfect for couples, small families and friends. Want to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city? You can either enjoy the living room with its large sofa and 2 armchairs, pellet stove, connected TV and Wi-Fi connection or the balcony with a clear view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob and a dining table for 4 people. The Sixties 64 flat offers the comfort of two bedrooms with Queen size bed, a shower room, a separate toilet (Japanese style). There is also a bike room in the condo.
