Luxury waterfront villa with swimming pool

Villa located on Senegal's renowned small coast, between Ngaparou and Nianing, on a large sandy beach, with the pirogues of the relaxing fishing village of MBaling nearby. Far from the mass tourism of Saly, 10km away, our large family home welcomes you when we're not there, with a superb ocean view, private swimming pool and large terrace equipped for your comfort. The house was completely renovated in January 2025 to a very high standard. The space Set at Warang in a 1,250 m² garden planted with flowers and trees, with direct access to the beach, the 340 m² house has 5 bedrooms, one of which is on the garden level (double bed in 160 + small bed in 80 for children up to 12 years), opening onto the terrace and pool, each with its own private shower room and toilet. A large 80 m² living/dining room, with a cosy reading corner, a kitchen facing the sea and its scullery. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (3 with king-size beds (160 cm) and 1 with 2 single beds (90 cm)), 2 of which open onto the balcony that runs all the way around the house, offering a breathtaking 360° view of the sunset over the ocean. By the pool, numerous deckchairs and 2 straw huts with sea views. Our authentic African-style villa, completely renovated in January 2025, is air-conditioned, with spacious interiors, and is fully secured by the discreet presence of a couple living on site in an independent cottage at the rear of the property. Typically Senegalese high walls, covered with bougainvillea, guarantee your safety (no neighbor to the right and the ocean at your feet). Martin, our janitor, also looks after the pool and garden, while Augustine, his wife, looks after the upkeep of the house and your well-being. Come and spend a dream family vacation at the foot of a quiet fishing village. You'll never tire of the sunsets between the villa's coconut palms and bougainvillea. To enjoy the ocean, all you have to do is push the gate at the end of the garden. The beach is cleaned by our on-site team. Whether you're more of a sportsman or a sightseer, there are plenty of activities within a 20 km radius of the property: morning jogging on the beach, sea fishing, quad biking on the trails and along the ocean, 18-hole golf course in Saly, its seaside resort, its craft market, its many restaurants and nightclubs, the Somone lagoon and its natural bird reserve, safari to the Bandia animal reserve, discovery of baobab forests and bush villages in 4x4, arrival of fishermen at the port of MBOUR, and a little further north Dakar and the Pink Lake, and to the south the shellfish island of Joal, the salt pits of Palmarin and the Saloum delta. Extraordinary massage just a few minutes' walk from the house, at a cost of 12,000 cfa/hour. Linen provided, as well as bath and beach towels, changed regularly on request. Free Wi-fi and large-screen connected TV (with Canal+, Netflix...) included in the rental price, as well as the gas from the stove. Housework included (except Sundays), You will only be billed for water (500 FCFA/night/adult) and electricity (200 FCFA/Kwh), with meters read on site on arrival and departure. Fresh fish from the village fishermen can be delivered daily to your home. If you wish, Bernadette, our excellent Senegalese cook, will come and prepare delicious meals for you, with her recipes for typical local dishes such as Yassa chicken, Thieboudiène..., or European dishes - depending on your taste - for an extra charge, to be paid directly to her on site: 6,500 FCFA/day or 10,000 FCFA if more than 6 people, i.e. a package of 10 or 15€/day for the whole household. A meter reading will be taken in your presence by our janitor on arrival and departure (price per kWh 200 FCFA). Water is charged at a flat rate of 500 FCFA/night/person.
