Cottage et Maa: your holiday home in the heart of the Landes. Welcome to Moliets et Maâ, a dynamic village in the heart of the Landes on the Atlantic Coast. Our house, Cottage et Maa, ideally located at the foot of a bike path, offers you the authentic charm of this natural destination. 3 km from the beach and close to shops, it can accommodate 6 people in three carefully decorated bedrooms. Equipped for a stress-free vacation, it invites you to relax. The space Built in 2024, it is a new and fully equipped accommodation that you will discover during your stay. Cottage et Maa is a house designed to make you feel at home! In the kitchen, everything you need is at your disposal, from plates to knives, from pots to colanders, from ovens to toasters, in short, everything is there! As at home, you can prepare good meals or enjoy local specialties on the terrace by the pool. The dining area located in the heart of the kitchen is modular to accommodate up to 8 people. It overlooks the living room, the corner of the cottage designed to slow down the pace and enjoy the sweetness of life that we like to savor during our holidays. Whether you prefer an armchair or sofa, a book or TV, or just enjoying the passing of time, everyone will find their own way to relax. Finally, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine will allow you to deal with any tomato sauce accidents or the setbacks of a bike ride in the rain! On the night side, three bedrooms await you: - The Verdera suite has a calm and refined atmosphere with its spacious private bathroom and decorated with green zellige for a feeling of immersion in nature! It is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed. - The Sienna room located upstairs can accommodate children or adults thanks to its two 90 x 190 cm beds that can be adjusted according to your needs. Equipped with large cupboards, it is functional and spacious. Here, the flower markets of the world await you! - The Foglia room offers stunning views of the pool and the precious pine forest in the Atlantic Landes. Natural and warm, it includes plenty of storage and is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed. On vacation we like to live outside, the terrace of Cottage and Maa invites you there. Equipped with a table and six chairs as well as a plancha, every moment of conviviality will find its place here. The added bonus? The pool! It's so nice to meet there for a swim after a good day at the beach, or sitting around with your feet in the water for an aperitif or in the morning when everyone is still sleeping for a moment to yourself... You can already see yourself there, right?! So don't hesitate, Cottage and Maa is simple, essential, rejuvenating. We thought of it that way because it's also our home, we share a little bit of ourselves with you, so make yourself at home, but better! Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests, only the garage is private. Other things to note Please note that cleaning fees are obligatory (140€). As an option, we offer the rental of bed linen and bathroom linen. We can also offer you the “Beds made on arrival” service. If you are interested in these options, please contact us. Then, Gaëlle our co-host, will contact you 3 days maximum before your arrival for this service which she manages. During your stay, welcome and departure carried out by Gaëlle (co-host). Summer rental: from June 15 to September 15, rentals are weekly or fortnightly. Outside of this period, arrival days can be flexible. Do not hesitate to contact us.
