Nestled on the heights of the Cliffs of Champeaux, a classified site but also on the most beautiful kilometer of France, La Chaumière Vauban will offer you a breathtaking view of the Bay of Mont St Michel. With its 200 m² of living space, beautiful spacious rooms almost all with sea views, this Cottage will easily accommodate 8 adults and 4 children. You can contemplate Mont St Michel and Tombelaine, on the south-facing terrace or let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves over a drink. The space La Chaumière Vauban is a unique house in the bay of Mont St Michel with stunning sea views. Freshly renovated, it can comfortably accommodate 4 couples and 4 kids. A private courtyard, gated with a gate will allow you to park up to 3 vehicles. Two terraces are at your disposal, a south facing sea view and a south west sea view. A dead body at the bottom of the house is available to accommodate a boat up to 7m away. The house has 5 bedrooms: 1 sea view with a 160 bed and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor 1 terrace view with a 160 bed on the ground floor 1 sea view with a 180 bed with shower and vanity upstairs 1 sea view with a 140 bed upstairs 1 courtyard and sea view with 4 bunk beds upstairs A small shower room with shower and shower basin is also upstairs. Each floor has a separate toilet. The 50m² living room is an asset for family or friends reunions over a good dinner. The house has a brand new kitchen A hot tub on the 2nd terrace will promise you long moments of relaxation . With us everything is included the hot tub, linens and cleaning. In terms of the environment: The house is located on the heights of the cliffs of Champeaux classified and protected since 1973 with the Lude Valley wild site of great natural richness (hundreds of bird species and butterflies cross) Just behind the house passes the GR223 also called the customs trail that borders the Bay of Mont St Michel where you will discover the 2 Cabanes Vauban but also spectacular landscapes and changing colors in the sandstone of the tides. Thrilling thrill seekers, the champeal cliffs are known as a starting point for Paragliding over the bay. The beach at the bottom of the cliff 5 minutes walk from the house is famous for fishing on foot, you will notice from the terrace the number of fishermen harvesting clams, hulls, knives ... A few minutes drive you can swim and laze on the beaches of Carolles, Jullouvile and Donville Close to Granville, You can also embark via an old La Granvillaise or La Bisquine for a daytime getaway to the Chausey Islands. Not far from the house, on the Genets side, you will also find the departure point to cross strikes in a small group to Mont St Michel with a qualified guide. 3 Restaurants are a 2-minute walk away with a preference for La Grange de Tom . In short, a lover of the sea and nature, it's at Chaumière Vauban that you have to put your bags down! Guest access All rooms of the house are available to vacationers as well as the courtyard. Please note, however, that the basement area and access to the garden delimited by the planters at the end of the terrace is strictly prohibited for vacationers. Other things to note Linens are provided but beds are not made. Final cleaning is included It's forbidden to sleep on duvets for hygienic reasons As much as possible, I am here to welcome you, but your arrival can be done independently thanks to the keypad of the gate and the key box. Parties are not allowed. Access to the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, however everything is on one level if people have difficulty moving (bedrooms, toilet, bathroom on the ground floor) A deposit cheque of €1,500 will be requested upon arrival
