"Breathe, you are in Ault, your sea view house awaits you!" The House: Quiet, all within walking distance, 200 meters from shops, 400 meters from the sea... Your 3-bedroom house (92 m2) has a beautiful sea view from the two largest bedrooms, but you also have a glimpse of the kitchen and terrace (furnished)! Recently renovated, newly or recently equipped, this typical Ault house is very comfortable and accommodates up to 6 people. The space House composition: - Ground floor: Entrance, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave) with a partial sea view, toilet, double living room opening onto an outdoor terrace (furniture and barbecue). - 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one large with 160 x 200 bed and one smaller with 90 x 190 bed) and the large bathroom (with toilet). - Floor: 2: large bedroom 22 m2 with 2 beds: 140 x 200 and 90 x 190. New bedding in the bedrooms on the 1st floor and recent on the second. - Wi-Fi throughout the house - TV: in the living room, in the living room, and one in each bedroom! The smart TV in the living room includes access to Canal+ programs and if you have Netflix codes you can easily connect to it too! - End-of-stay cleaning and linens (towels, bath mats and tea towels) included! - Easy and free street parking a few meters away. The first time I came to Ault, it was winter, the weather was nice, I walked on its waterfront promenade, and immediately I was captivated by the wild beauty of its landscapes, its cliffs, the strength of its elements... Ault, exceptional geographical location, departure from the house for unforgettable walks or bike rides, 10 minutes by car from the 3 sister cities (Mers-Les-Bains, Le Tréport and Eu), 15 minutes from Saint Valéry-sur-Somme (Walks in Baie de Somme, seals...), close to the Marquenterre Park (bird sanctuary), and many other places! Other things to note The house is rented for a minimum of 3 nights outside of school holidays. The house is rented for a minimum of 7 nights during school holidays. A signed return contract is sent for each booking.
