Our house, completely renovated this year, is located at the gates of Saint Emilion in the village of Montagne. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with a private bathroom. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped, the living room consists of a living area with television and a dining area. Outside, a covered terrace overlooks a large private garden. The village of Saint Emilion is less than a 15-minute drive away. Less than 15 minutes away you will also find an aquatic center and a lake, ideal for family days. 40 minutes away you can discover the city of Bordeaux rich in history and heritage. 1 hour away, the first beaches of the Atlantic Ocean will offer you a good iodized air... Less than 30 minutes towards Périgueux you can also stroll through the wild and peaceful Périgord countryside.
