Our house, fully renovated this year is located at the gates of Saint Emilion in the village of Montagne. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs each equipped with a single bath. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped, the living room is composed of a living area with TV and a dining area. Outside a covered terrace overlooks a large private garden. Local shops are also less than 3 km away in the village of Les Artigues de LUSSAC, you can find a butcher, a grocery store as well as a baker. You are located in the heart of the right bank vineyard and a few minutes from the most fabulous properties of the AOC Saint Emilion... The village of Saint Emilion is less than a 15 minute drive away. Less than 15 minutes away you will also find an aquatic center and lake, ideal for family days. 40 minutes away you can discover the city of Bordeaux rich in history and heritage. At 1 hour the first beaches of the Atlantic Ocean will give you good iodized air... Less than 30 minutes away in the direction of Périgueux you can also walk in the wild and peaceful Périgourdine countryside.
