It is conveniently located between Troyes, Reims, Épernay and Chalons en Champagne, in a small peaceful village, about 10 minutes from the A26 highway. Built on an unenclosed plot of nearly one hectare to share with Le Gîte du Cerf. You will enjoy the wooded park, its fruit trees, bordered by the river L'Huitrelle (unsecured access) for moments of rest and/or games (soccer, pétanque, ping-pong, badminton, darts). The cottage has a private games room (table football, children's area, tea corner). You will have the opportunity to rent the Gite du Cerf located on the same property and can accommodate 10 people. In Mailly le Camp (5 kms) you will find all amenities: restaurant, press, car garage, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, butcher. No companies. On the ground floor: Large friendly living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, cozy living room, bright dining room (access to private terrace). Upstairs you will have reversible air conditioning. Relaxation/reading area on the mezzanine, two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, bathroom with double sink and Italian shower, separate toilet with sink. Outside you will have a terrace with garden furniture, umbrella, barbecue, sunbeds. On site: pétanque, table tennis, badminton, football goal. Private and secure parking Beds made on arrival, towels included, charges included (subject to normal consumption) and end of stay cleaning included. A games/entertainment room is included in the living room: sofas, foosball, board games, drawing/colouring area, tea room.
