Lakefront cottage, connected TV, dog accepted

Spacious 57 m2 well-designed chalet, total of 3 bedrooms fully equipped with 4G Wi-Fi, Smart TV in the living room as well as a TV in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Located in an idyllic location in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, in a secure residence, on the edge of the forest and 8 minutes walk from the beach of Lake Raviège where there is a children's pool in the lake as well as a supervised beach, boat launch, sailing school, paddle, water skiing, restaurant etc. The space Chalet N°301 with superb forest view, south facing terrace with sunbeds, table and gas barbecue. Upstairs two large bedrooms ( sleeping 160 cm or 2 x 80 cm, including one with TV (TNT), a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor a bedroom with 140cm bed, TV (TNT), disabled accessible sliding door facing its bathroom and disabled access toilet (walk-in shower, stool and ramp). Living room overlooking the terrace with kitchenette and seating area, corner sofa and smart connected TV, you access the 12m2 terrace through the sliding bay window. You will find in the accommodation an electric and filter coffee maker and espresso , stove, pot, essentials, sopalin, salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar oil etc. fridge, microwave and dishwasher. From November there is an additional blow of electricity, hence the small increase, we try not to increase too much for the accommodation to remain affordable. Please respect and do not abuse. Bed linen is extra at the rate of €20/person which includes pillowcase, fitted sheet, duvet cover,duvet cover, duvet, pillow, bath towel, bath sheet,washcloth , bath mat, towel I ask tenants to buy back if you finish a product ( think about the next tenants😉) . Local products available ( honey, jam, apple juice) . No cigarettes indoors. Please note!! We do not ask for a cleaning fee so that the accommodation remains accessible🙏, however I ask that the accommodation be returned in the same condition in which you found it, otherwise prosecution with Airbnb will be necessary and an additional fee will be charged (€150.00). Just one thing.. think of the next tenants that there is after you, if you left the place dirty , they will have to wait until the accommodation is clean so that they can access it, something that all people hate 😉 Remember that in the countryside you may find some dust and some cobwebs inhabited or not! Guest access The chalet is completely private. The spaces shared with other vacationers or residents of the area are outdoor: children's games, ping pong tables, petanque court, goal, volleyball net. Other things to note A cat and a dog under 20 KG are accepted. If you want the set of sheets, the amount is 20 euros per bed, let us know when you book. We ask that the accommodation be returned in the condition in which you found it, otherwise an additional fee will be requested by Airbnb (€75.00).
