Maison Nina

Combining the charm of old stone and modernity, we invite you to stay in our family home, recently purchased and that we wanted to be as warm and pleasant as possible. Our goal? For you to feel as good as we do and for you to make memories with family or friends. The space RENTAL ONLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN JULY/AUGUST Maison Nina is located between Campagnac les Quercy (3km) and the village of Saint Pompon (1km), on the border of the Dordogne and Lot. The house is also perfectly located to visit the many tourist sites nearby, to go to Sarlat ( 20/25 min by car), or to discover the many local markets that take place nearby. Equipped with 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms, a huge bright living room thanks to the very large windows overlooking the inner courtyard and the pool, a kitchen allowing you to comfortably prepare meals, the house can accommodate up to 9 people or even 10 with a toddler. The inner courtyard, with its shaded courtyard and large century-old tree, is ideal for lazing on hot summer days or having an aperitif. Unless you prefer to laze around the pool (with an alarm) facing south, 10m x 5, with small/large bath and stairs, ideal for children. The garden of about 2000 m2 will offer the youngest a beautiful play area, including swings and secure trampoline close to the pool and on the other side of the house, a large meadow. A hiking trail – little taken given the quiet location of the hamlet – runs along the house on the meadow side. So don't be surprised if you see someone passing by ( a neighbor most certainly) …which is rare! The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, connected TV, DVD player, turntable, connected speaker and Wifi internet access... Board games, books and vinyl are available and for your youngest children, they will find something to take care of on the 1st floor landing: comics, games, toys and books (Fr and EN) A ping-pong table, molki or petanque set, goal cage, badminton net and rackets are also available. In short, what to spend - we hope - a great vacation in Maison Nina. Guest access You will have access to the whole house with the exception of the barn. Other things to note Note: - Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included. - The swimming pool (heated if necessary in mid-season) will be open from May to mid-October. - No pets allowed in the rental - If you are a smoker, please smoke outside the house. - Thank you for respecting the departure time so that Marc can have the necessary time to prepare the house for the next holidaymakers.
