Maison Nina

Combining the charm of old stone and modernity, we invite you to stay in our family home, recently purchased and that we wanted to be as warm and pleasant as possible. Our goal? For you to feel as good as we do and for you to make memories with family or friends. The space Maison Nina is located between Campagnac-les-Quercy (3 km) and the village of Saint-Pompon (1 km), on the border of Dordogne and Lot. The house is also perfectly located to visit the many tourist sites nearby, go to Sarlat (20/25 min by car), or discover the many local markets that take place nearby. Featuring 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms, a huge bright living room thanks to the very large windows overlooking the inner courtyard and pool, a kitchen allowing you to comfortably prepare meals, the house can accommodate up to 9 people, or even 10 with a toddler. The inner courtyard, with its shaded courtyard and large century-old tree, is ideal for lounging on hot summer days or having an aperitif. Unless you prefer to bask by the south-facing pool (with an alarm), 10 m x 5 m, with small/large bath and stairs, ideal for children. The garden of about 2,000 m2 will offer the youngest a beautiful play area, including swings and secure trampoline close to the pool and on the other side of the house, a large meadow. A hiking trail – little used given the quiet location of the hamlet – runs along the house on the meadow side. So don't be surprised if you see someone passing by (a neighbor most certainly)… which is still rare! The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, connected TV, DVD player, turntable, connected speaker and Wi-Fi internet access... Board games, books and vinyls are at your disposal and for your youngest children, they will find something to do on the landing of the 1st floor: comics, games, toys and books (Fr and EN) A ping pong table, Mölkky or pétanque game, goal cage are also available. In short, enough to spend – we hope – a great vacation in Maison Nina. Note: - the windows in the kitchen area have been changed since the photos in the listing - the pool, currently under renovation, will have a beautiful new white liner - the gravel around the pool will be replaced with grass. Guest access You will have access to the whole house with the exception of the barn. Other things to note Note: - Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included. - The pool (heated if necessary in mid-season) will be open from June to mid-October. - Pets are not allowed in the rental - If you are a smoker, please smoke outside the house.
