You will stay in the outbuilding of one of the oldest shipowners' residences in downtown Paimpol, a short walk from the port. The outbuilding is divided into two distinctive apartments: the first on the ground floor and this one on the floor, very easy to access. The two worlds are well separated and privacy is preserved. This apartment has its own garden with Fermob garden furniture, Weber barbecue and Fatboy hammock. The space The apartment is composed of: - a beautiful living room with a high-quality sofa bed for 2 people (Sits), a table with 4 chairs - a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and refrigerator, Krups coffee maker) with all the necessary utensils for cooking - a bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200, hotel quality bedding) and its adjoining bathroom with toilet - a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board The internet connection is secure. The Annex was completely renovated in late 2023-early 2024. It is furnished and decorated with quality and aesthetic furniture on the advice of a decorator and space designer, and is waiting for you to occupy it. The port of Paimpol is only a few steps from the apartment, which allows you to be very close to the shops and entertainment offered by our beautiful city. The train station is also nearby.
