Come and enjoy this house for 12 people near Mont Saint Michel (31km) from Rennes (40km) and Saint Malo (63km) equipped with a pool heated to 29 degrees all year round. The accommodation consists of a large living room,a fully equipped kitchen,a living room and a floor with 4 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Rental for minimum of 2 nights The space The accommodation consists on the ground floor of a large dining room that can easily accommodate 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen (oven,microwave,kettle) with attached laundry room with washing machine as well as a living room that can be separated by a door with TV,foosball and darts! The floor is served by 4 bedrooms (sleeping 12): -room 1:a bedroom with 4 single beds of 90cm that can get closer with bathroom with en-suite shower. Bedroom 2: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 140cm and a single bed of 90cm. Bedroom 3: a master suite with 1 double bed of 160cm with bathroom with en-suite shower. Bedroom 4: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 140cm and a single bed of 90cm. One last bathroom with shower is in the hallway. Finally, the accommodation is equipped with a magnificent swimming pool of 6m*3m heated to 29 degrees all year round in an old forge that is located opposite the House (a few meters to cross not overlooked).Theaccess is private. The accommodation is located in the middle of town in a quiet town that must be respected,it is reminded of the parties are not allowed.
