Family house of 150m², located in L’Herbaudière in the municipality of Noirmoutier en l 'Ile. Conveniently located, on the main street that leads to the harbor. The house is very close to the beaches. At the port, you will find in all seasons: cafe, Maison de la Presse, pharmacy, supermarket, auction, bakery, many cafes and restaurants, various shops, bike rental, Monday morning market. On the first floor: - 1 bedroom, 2 single beds 90x200 - 1 bedroom, with a choice of 2 single beds 90x200 or double bed 180x200 - 2 large bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90x200 - 1 bathroom and toilet. Outdoor space: a landscaped courtyard with wooden terrace of about 25m², (table, chairs, sunbeds and plancha) and pleasant enclosed garden with a wall of about 250m², not overlooked. Ping pong and swing. Other things to note Included in the rental: - Pads, fitted sheets, tea towels. The rest of the linens (pillowcases, duvet covers, bath and beach towels) are to be expected. - Cleaning fee - WiFi access Weekly or long we rental (minimum 3 nights). Pets not allowed. No TV.
