Enjoy your stay 🙂 The space This stunning new, fully air-conditioned villa with upscale amenities is surrounded by a beautiful intimate landscaped garden shaded by centuries-old oaks. It will seduce you with its thoughtful architecture, living spaces but also for its quality decor and furniture. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living/dining room open to the expansive wooden deck and create a large space where you can live, have lunch, dinner, both outside and inside. A garden furniture, sunbeds, garden table, barbecue and plancha will make it possible to fully enjoy the exteriors. Southwest facing, the terrace and solarium overlook the heated and secure pool and will allow you to enjoy the sun all day and spend beautiful moments with family or friends. Finally, the three bedrooms on the 1st floor are air-conditioned and each have their own private bathroom and large bed will welcome you for a well-deserved rest after a day of exploring and swimming. The master suite has a bed of 180 and the other 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 beds of 90 that can be brought together to form a bed of 180. The ground floor is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a pantry and a shared toilet.
