Enjoy your stay! 🙂 The space This superb, brand-new, fully air-conditioned villa boasts high-end amenities and is surrounded by a magnificent, landscaped garden shaded by centuries-old oak trees. You will be captivated by its thoughtfully designed architecture, its spacious living areas, and its quality decor and furnishings. The large bay windows in the living/dining room open onto a vast wooden terrace, creating a large space where you can live, eat, and dine, both indoors and out. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a garden table, a barbecue, and a griddle allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors. Facing southwest, the terrace and solarium overlook the heated (3.5m x 7m) and secure swimming pool. This space allows you to soak up the sun all day long and spend wonderful moments with family and friends. Finally, the three bedrooms on the first floor are air-conditioned. There is a large shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and two private bathrooms. You also have two separate toilets (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor). The large beds will welcome you for a well-deserved rest after a day of exploring and swimming. The master suite has a king-size bed (180 cm), and the two other bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180 cm). The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, and a pantry/laundry room. The swimming pool is open from April until the end of September.
