Booking requests for events will not be accepted here via this Airbnb platform. ================= FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ================= WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN PROCEDURE? -> In view of the quality equipment and games available in my accommodation, a bank imprint of €500 will be requested after booking. This is not debited, it is simply blocked and will be automatically unblocked after checkout. -> Once the bank imprint is received, you will receive the entry procedure as well as a code for the key box to access the accommodation; (via Airbnb chat or phone). It is mandatory to put them back in the key box on the last day of your stay. WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME? IS CHECK-IN INDEPENDENT? -> Check-in time is from 5pm (This gives you the flexibility to arrive at a convenient time from 5pm), and checkout from the loft on the last day is 11am maximum. ARE VISITORS OR ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ALLOWED? The number of guests must be the same as the booking. It is strictly forbidden to bring additional people even without sleeping there, without a reservation. E.g. A booking for 4 guests will be for 4 and not 6 or more without informing me before your arrival. For insurance in case of problems and rental platforms, it is therefore mandatory to book with the exact number of travelers. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE IN THE APARTMENT? Smoking is strictly prohibited in the loft under penalty of deduction from the security deposit. An ashtray will be available on the outdoor table in the private garden. Other things to note 〉This place is completely dedicated to your privacy. For the car, there are many parking spaces on the street, free in the evenings/nights, Sundays & public holidays, otherwise €3 per day (parking meter). 〉 To ensure an enjoyable stay, please be sure to follow the loft's house rules. 〉 In the current circumstances, I attach the utmost vigilance to the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises. I don't charge my guests any cleaning fees, but I'm counting on you to make this cocoon clean when you leave.
