Enjoy a large outdoor parking lot, a beautiful green garden with 2 deckchairs for reading 📖 and relaxing, and a petanque court for moments of fun and relaxation (petanque balls available) + Molkky and Badminton 🏸 🍽 For your meals, you can enjoy friendly moments in a beautiful shaded area, under the imposing lime tree 🌳 that dominates our garden, perfect for meeting around a table and sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), as well as a dining area that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. All under a splendid cathedral ceiling that gives a feeling of space and brightness, in a modern and elegant atmosphere. 🚿 You will also find a first bathroom with a walk-in shower, a practical laundry area with washing machine, drying rack and separate toilet. The house has two spacious bedrooms: 🔸️The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a wardrobe and a desk, ideal for working or relaxing. 🔸️The master suite, even larger, has a bed (160 cm), a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, direct access to a terrace, as well as a desk area and a wardrobe. For added comfort, reversible air conditioning ❄️ is available in all rooms. 💧Finally, a wellness area awaits you with a Jacuzzi Spa that can accommodate 5 to 6 people, as well as a second intimate and cocooning terrace, equipped with an outdoor lounge, perfect for moments of relaxation away from prying eyes. ✨️ Let yourself be seduced by this peaceful retreat where relaxation and well-being are the key words! All guests are invited to respect the house rules, which can be consulted in the welcome booklet made available to you upon arrival. This helps us ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
