Come and rest and breathe the fresh sea air of Cabourg. This single-story house, approximately 60 m2, whose complete renovation was completed in April 2024, is the perfect place to put down your suitcases and enjoy all the charm of the Normandy coast. The sea awaits you at the end of the street, about 300 m away. You will have direct access to the Marcel Proust promenade where you can reach the city center on foot in about 15 minutes. The Thalasso is located approx. 10 minutes' walk from the house by the beach. The space This pleasant and bright house has been completely refurbished. It has a terrace and a fully enclosed private garden. We provide you with a garden table with chairs, sunbeds and a barbecue during the summer season. You will find a fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, induction hob, hood, utensils and dishes). A storage room with a washing machine. In the living room a large comfortable 3 seater sofa as well as an armchair and TV. The master bedroom has a 140x190cm bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 beds of 80x200cm that it is possible to assemble to become a large bed of 160x200cm, on which we add a mattress topper about 5cm thick for added comfort. It also has a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a large 90x90cm shower, sink, toilet, electric towel dryer and storage furniture. All windows of the house are equipped with electric roller blinds. We have at your disposal the linen (bed, table towels...) and the towels (Bath Towels) as well as a hair dryer and toiletries (shower gel). You will enjoy the beach within 300m. The bike path is accessible directly from this same walk and will be the starting point for nice bike rides. For golf lovers, the Cabourg le Home golf club is less than 1 kilometre from the house, as is the Cabourg water park. Guest access This is a private home, you have the entire home as well as the courtyard and private garden. You can park your vehicle there. Other things to note The house has a gas boiler.
