Immerse yourself in a modern space where the contrast between white and black creates a chic and soothing atmosphere, our studio is new and offers Wi-Fi access. Buses 15 and 39 are nearby and take you directly to Vert Galant station in ten minutes. Located 10 minutes by car from the Exhibition Centre, 10 minutes by car from Aeroville Shopping Centre, 20 minutes by car from Asterix Park, 30 minutes by car from Disneyland Park and 15 minutes from CDG Airport. The space Once the first door is through, you will access the terrace, fully tiled and refurbished, then on the left you will have access to your accommodation, once you collect the keys from the lockbox. The property is located in a quiet and secure suburban area, without too much vis-à-vis. If needed, you'll have private parking space. Smoke is strictly prohibited inside the property, but a smoking area outside is available, so you can enjoy and relax at Black and White! To ensure tranquility and security of the premises, an outdoor camera is installed at the entrance of the courtyard. It is oriented only towards outdoor common areas (entrance, terrace) and does not film either the interior of the unit or the private spaces of the guests.
