Immerse yourself in a modern space where the contrast between white and black creates a chic and soothing atmosphere, our studio is new and offers Wi-Fi access. Buses 15 and 39 are nearby and take you directly to Vert Galant station in ten minutes. Located 10 minutes by car from the Exhibition Centre, 10 minutes by car from Aeroville Shopping Centre, 20 minutes by car from Asterix Park, 30 minutes by car from Disneyland Park and 15 minutes from CDG Airport. The space Once you pass the first door, you will access the terrace, fully tiled and refurbished, then on the left you will have access to your accommodation, once you have collected the keys from the secure key box. The property is located in a quiet and secure residential area, without too much overlooking. If necessary, you will have a private parking space. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, but a smoking area outside is available, so you can enjoy and relax in black and white! To ensure the tranquility and security of the premises, an outdoor camera is installed at the entrance to the courtyard. It is oriented only towards the outdoor common areas (entrance, terrace) and does not film the interior of the accommodation or the private areas of the guests. Your comfort and privacy remain our priority. Guest access Once in the accommodation, you can fully enjoy the black and white, you are at home 😏 Other things to note In order to guarantee comfort and quality of reception, we inform you that: • Any late departure from the agreed time may be subject to additional charges. • Any undeclared or additional person will also be invoiced. • The accommodation is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people (strict rule).
