The space 15 minutes from Troyes, 10 minutes from the factory shops, in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Lakes, a comfortable cottage located on the first floor of the town hall. You will enjoy a green and quiet environment and breathtaking views. You will have a spacious living room with an open kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area. On the night side, a triple bedroom (3 beds 90 x 200), a double bedroom (140 x 200), a bathroom (corner shower cabin + vanity unit). On the ground floor, you will have access to an unenclosed garden with garden furniture sheltered by a linden tree, barbecue and deckchairs as well as a petanque court. Parking at the foot and EV charger. A bicycle/motorcycle garage will be available on request. Additional charges: electricity and heating (with meter reading from October to April). The beds will be made on arrival and towels are extra.
