The space You will have a spacious living room with an open kitchen on a dining area and a sitting area. On the night side, a triple bedroom (3 beds 90 x 200), a double bedroom (140 x 200), a bathroom (corner shower cabin + vanity unit). On the ground floor, you will have access to an unenclosed garden with garden furniture sheltered by the linden tree, barbecue and deckchairs as well as a petanque court. Parking at the foot and charging station for electric vehicles. A bicycle/motorcycle garage will be available on request. Additional charges: electricity and heating (with meter reading from October to April). The beds will be made on arrival and the towels will be extra. 15 minutes from Troyes, 10 minutes from the factory stores, in the heart of the Orient Forest Lakes, a comfortable gite located on the floor of the town hall. You will enjoy a green and quiet environment and breathtaking views.
