2 Calvi cottages: superb 360 view, pool and beach

Welcome to the Cinto and Belgodère cottages, located high up, a few minutes walk from downtown Calvi and its fine sandy beaches! - 6 adults and 1 child maximum - 2 small connecting houses in Corsican stone, 2 bedrooms - 360° view: balcony with mountain view and terrace with sea view - Shared saltwater infinity pool - Quiet - Comfortable and adjustable bedding - Sofa beds - Ultra-fast and reliable Wi-Fi - 3 connected TVs - Possibility of setting up a teleworking space The space • 6 adults and a maximum of one child • These are two small connecting vacation homes: each contains 1 closed bedroom with a queen size bed and a built-in dressing room, with shutters and blackout curtains, as well as a connected TV • In the Cinto, you will also find a sofa bed that sleeps 2. You can enjoy a connected TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. The living room can be isolated from the bedroom thanks to a bay window and a shutter. • In the Belgodère, you will find a sofa convertible into a single bed for a child, in the bedroom. (Not suitable for an adult) • The 2 kitchens are fully equipped (fridge, small freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine in the Cinto), and have everything you need to cook good dishes. Dishes, utensils, pans, pots and some basic condiments are provided so that you do not miss anything when you arrive. You will also find a coffee maker (Magimix capsules for the Cinto and De Longhi ground in the Belgodère) as well as a kettle for your difficult mornings. • You can also eat outdoors (on your private terrace and balcony or near the pool, in the shared space) • The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower-bathtub and bidet. • The cottages have reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. • WiFi connection with repeater that will allow you to work comfortably remotely. We can lend you a monitor (screen) to facilitate your work, on request. • The cottages are adjoining to 1 other small accommodation that we also offer for rent. It is located at the end of the row for guaranteed tranquility. • The pool is shared with guests of the other gites. It is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., from April to November. Swimming is not supervised, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your children's safety rules are respected. (I have several other listings of different capacities to view on my profile at the bottom) Guest access - You will have access to the entire 2 cottages, their balcony and their terrace in complete privacy. - You'll also have access to an outdoor saltwater pool shared with other guests. - You will receive a Welcome Guide with all the important information you need to know about the gîte, in addition to our little addresses! Other things to note TV We have 3 smart TVs in this accommodation but do not offer cable channels. You will be able to access TNT channels but also apps such as YouTube or Netflix (we do not provide access, you will need to log in to your own account). AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING You will find a reversible unit in the bedroom of each cottage, and one in the living room/kitchen of the Cinto. WIFI You will have access to free wireless internet access, with a speed of xxxxxxx mbits/seconds. LAUNDRY A washing machine is available in the Cinto's kitchen, and a drying rack is available in each of the bathrooms. Upon request, we can give you access to a dryer. ANIMALS No pets are allowed due to significant allergies. Thank you for understanding. ACCESS We are a 10-minute drive from Calvi Airport: if you are not driving, we will do our best to offer you a shuttle service to/from the airport. Don't hesitate to ask us!
