The space The main part of the Manor offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, great reception rooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a games room, a children's paradise. The East of the house, offers four other bedrooms, two bathrooms, an independent kitchen and a living room. Both parts of the property are organized around a charming terrace, thus promoting a great conviviality. And wherever you are, a view to taking your breath away. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION - MAIN HOUSE: ******************************************* Offering a living space of more than 400m², Le Manoir des Pendoyes offers you indoors: * a large entrance with cabinets and storage * a beautiful living room made of exposed stones, more than 50m² and 6m high under ceiling, bathed in light thanks to its large glass windows open to the terrace at the front of the property. - The lounge area, consists of sofas and armchairs, elegantly arranged around the coffee table. The open fireplace is ideal for a flare-up in the low or medium season, and the flat screen TV brings a modern touch to the whole. - A second small lounge area with English charm offers armchairs and a round table, ideal for a relaxing reading or a game of card. * The dining room has a wooden table with extension cords, 16 seats and a dishwasher. It has no less than four glass doors giving access to the terrace. * The spacious kitchen is perfectly equipped: oven, 4-burner hob, quality dishes and recent kitchenware... nothing will be missed to cook on site the delicious local products brought back from local markets. Its round table is perfect for gourmet breakfasts. Widely open to the outside thanks to its glass door overlooking the terrace at the front of the property, communication inside-out is ideal. * Located on the other side of the ground floor in the extension of the living room and very quiet, the first suite is comfortably furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, two nightstands, flat-screen TV and a real dressing room. It has a separate entrance. It has a private bathroom with bathtub, vanity and toilet. * The second suite on the ground floor also offers a high quality sleeping 180cm wide, flat-screen TV, armchairs, coffee table and a dressing area. Its en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity furniture, a bath, a shower and a separate toilet. From the entrance, the superb marble staircase leads you to the first floor distributing: * a pool room arranged on the mezzanine overlooking the living room. * a third double bedroom with a 160cm bed, bedside tables, armchairs and coffee table, dressing room. EAST WING ***************** Arranged in the East wing of the Manoir, and accessible via the basement or directly from the outside, the Maison d 'Amis offers 8 additional beds. From its front porch, you access on the ground floor, at: * a dining/living room with table and chairs, sofa and flat screen TV. * a kitchen, which although small is no less perfectly equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker... On the first floor: * a master suite with a king-size bed in 180cm, an antique wardrobe, bedside furniture. * It has an adorable most romantic balcony and an ensuite bathroom with bath and double vanity furniture. * a separate toilet is attached to the bathroom. * The sixth bedroom offers a 140cm double bed and has ample storage in the hallway. * The seventh and eighth bedroom each have two single beds * A fourth bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet complete the floor of the Maison d 'Amis. THE BASEMENT: ************ An expansive basement is organized throughout the property and offers several distinct spaces: * a games room, - a real paradise for children! -, with TV, PS4 games console, board games. * a "gym" with a ping pong table and exercise bike * a laundry room with a washing machine 16kg and dryer, ironing board and iron * a reserve with two additional fridges * a separate toilet completes this level Central heating makes the property particularly comfortable in winter Wifi available throughout the property EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION: ********************** * The superb terrace with its promontory offers you an unparalleled view and long hours of contemplation! From the foggy mornings where we dominate the clouds, to the flamboyant sunsets of the warm summer sun, you will not get tired of the ever renewed spectacle of this fantastic panorama... Equipped with table and chairs, gas plancha, charcoal grill, you won't have to leave your observation point! * The stunning 15m x 5m private swimming pool is fenced and heated from the beginning of May to the end of September. It also has a sun blanket, sun loungers and umbrellas. * The landscaped park of more than 4 hectares offers romantic shaded spaces and large play areas for children. * Private parking for 8 vehicles and semi-covered area for bikes and motorbikes NOTE: ******** Although access to the cliffs is perfectly secured around the Manoir, the adjoining proximity also overlooking the cliffs do not have a barrier.
