Outside : A shared enclosed swimming pool (unheated - dimensions 20m x 10m - depth 0.90m to 1.90m) accessible by key. Opening dates from 1 June to 30 September (non-contractual) - A 3m² balcony with a table and chairs offers a view of the port of Crouesty and the shared swimming pool to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Arzon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market... Activities : - Hiking, - Kayaking on the Gulf of Morbihan from Kerners, during a cruise from Port Navalo - Visit the different islands such as l'île au moines, Belle île en Mer, île Houat, île Houdic. - Suscinio Castle, - The Cairn of Petit Mont. - Markets: Sarzeau on Thursdays, Port Navalo on Fridays and St Gildas on Sundays. These are great markets in the summer and always a pleasure to stroll around. -You can also visit Vannes, the Quiberon peninsula or Rochefort en Terre. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the underground garage. A public car park close to the residence is free from 1 November to 31 March and chargeable from 1 April to 31 October.
