The rental entitles you to resident cards allowing you to benefit from resident parking, a right of access by car to the house to be able to unload your belongings (1 hour of parking is allowed in front of the house), access to the resident water check (small sea shuttle) to get to the beach via the sea, a use of the Mobiline that allows residents to travel by cart. Other things to note Animals not allowed The house has a 16m mooring - which is excluded from the rental price of the house. However, you can contact us if you wish to rent the mooring in addition.
