We are pleased to welcome you to the Domaine du Lac de Moulin Papon, in the cottage Le Chant de La Fontaine, renovated in 2024. This quiet country cottage can accommodate between 4 and 10 people, on a 2-hectare plot, in the countryside, at the gates of La Roche-sur-Yon. It is suitable for a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. The space This cottage can accommodate between 4 and 10 people, on a 2-hectare plot, in the countryside at the gates of La Roche-sur-Yon, - 200 meters from Lac du Moulin Papon, - 900 meters from Cinéville, - 1.5 kilometers from the Flâneries Shopping Center, - 5 kilometers from Vendéspace. In the center of the department, it benefits from a very good location to visit the Vendée, you will be 30 minutes from the Vendée Coast and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou Park. The Space: The 140 m² cottage, just renovated, is composed of: - 1 large living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room - 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine - 2 powder rooms - 1 private 60 m² games room in the basement - 1 terrace and 1 shaded relaxation area - 1 parking space The kitchen has an oven, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, 650 L fridge/freezer and various small appliances The bedrooms are all modular in single or double beds: - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 90 x 200 OR 1 double bed 180 x 200 - Bedroom 2: 3 single beds 90 x 200 OR 1 double bed 180 x 200 + 1 single bed 90 x 200 - Bedroom 3: 3 single beds 90 x 200 OR 1 double bed 180 x 200 + 1 single bed 90 x 200 - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90 x 200 OR 1 double bed 180 x 200 * The choice of the organization of each room is agreed upon when booking. Linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Access to the games room is free. You will find something to spend very good times with family or friends, with games for young and old, a foosball table, ping-pong table, darts games, … The relaxing outdoor area is equipped with garden table and chairs, sun loungers and shaded relaxation area. We also provide you with a crib, high chair and bath seat on request. Don't hesitate to send us your booking request :) Currently undergoing renovation of the house adjoining the cottage (opening of 2 new cottages later this year), structural work (masonry – roofing) is in progress until mid-April. From Monday to Friday noon, there may be noise related to the work. Quiet returns from Friday noon until Sunday inclusive. Note: A deposit of €1000 will be given to us upon your arrival and may be withheld if the cottage has suffered excessive damage, breakage, or other anomalies. We categorically refuse any festive event. We will retain the entire security deposit if necessary.
