The keys to the house are available in the MasterLock, located to the left of the front door under the porch, with a temporary code that will be sent to you via private message on the day of your arrival (active only for your check-in, a second code will be sent at the end of your stay). For your convenience, you’ll find a set of keys with the gate remote control** inside the house (in the wooden box behind the sofa). Please make sure to return them to their place before you leave. **Any loss or damage will be charged at €120 to cover replacement costs. Please note that check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is before 12:00, to allow us to prepare the chalet for the next guests. If you’d like to request an early check-in and/or late check-out (subject to availability), please contact us in advance. • A €30 fee applies for an early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00. • A €30 fee applies for a late check-out until 15:00; • A €60 fee applies for a late check-out until 18:00.
