We offer for rent, in the town of La Haie-Traversaine, this charming south-facing gîte, on one level, with an area of 80 m² and accommodating up to 5 guests. The space The accommodation consists of the following: - An oval living room of 30 m² with sofa and dining area... - A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove... - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160 × 200) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 × 190) and a single bed (90 × 190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Exterior: - A beautiful unfenced garden of 1,000 m² sharing its perimeter with the neighboring woods, the fields of an agricultural farm and horses - A 28 m² wooden suspended terrace, south facing, with barbecue, shower and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days This house has a great location in La Haie-Traversaine, nestled in a pleasant setting and preserved from any visual and sound disturbance. This haven of peace offers an opportunity for total disconnection and a return to nature. The originality of the cottage, characterized by its entrance doors and round windows, gives a magical atmosphere to your stay!
