The house is located in the center of the Tarentaise, Beaufortain and Maurienne valleys, which will allow you to access the most beautiful ski resorts and the 2 most beautiful lakes in France fairly quickly: Annecy and Aix-les-Bains! The house, completed in March 2024, is modern and very functional; it can accommodate a large family or people wishing to spend a quiet moment, facing the mountains, with the possibility of taking a multitude of beautiful walks and a wide variety of activities nearby. Set on a large 2000 m2 lawn, the house is equipped with a large terrace for outdoor dining. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms located upstairs: 1 bedroom of 13 m2 with double bed 160 x 200, a bedroom of 13 m2 with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and a bedroom of 11 m2 with 2 single beds 90 x 200. A foldable crib is also available at no extra cost. The floor is equipped with a large bathroom with double vanity unit, walk-in shower and towel dryer, and toilet. Two dressing cabinets are available for storing and hanging clothes. If needed, the ground floor sofa bed offers 2 additional beds for a short period. The ground floor consists of a large, very bright living room with integrated kitchen, living room and lounge of 35 m2. The 2 large bay windows offer stunning views of the mountains opposite. The main room is very comfortable and pleasant to stay in, with unobstructed views of nature. The dining area is equipped with a table for 8 people. 4 bar stools allow you to fully enjoy the large kitchen worktop for lunch or a drink.
