The house with a slide

Family and comfortable vacation home. You are at the right place, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax! We, Beate and Vincent, provide you with a nice house located in front of the washhouse, between the church and the castle with a hundred windows, in the heart of the small Burgundian village, Lantilly. This house is ideal for a family or two couples with children. We live 5 minutes from the vacation home. In case of need/problems we will not be far away. The space House of character, in wood and traditional stone. The entrance to the latter is through the balcony. On the first floor, you have an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) open to the dining room where there is a sideboard filled with board games for all ages. On the same floor are the bathroom (toilet, sink, shower-bathtub, washing machine, towel dryer, hairdryer) and two bedrooms: with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a 60 x 120 cm crib, a changing table and a closet with a wardrobe, then another with a 140 x 200 cm bed and small wardrobe. On the second floor, we provide a small mezzanine living room and a dormitory with 3 single beds (different heights). This room also has a desk and a wardrobe. The accommodation will soon be equipped with fiber optics/Wi-Fi/TV. Enjoy 10% off for a reservation of 7 nights or more. Guest access You have two floors of a house with balcony, garden, terrace. Kids will love going down from the balcony on the slide. Garden furniture and a barbecue will be available in the summer season. Other things to note The house with the slide is located in the heart of a small, quiet and pleasant village. The church is not far away and its bell will tell you the time. There are many tourist attractions available to you: the beautiful medieval city of Semur en Auxois, the Abbey of Fontenay (classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the site of Alesia and the MuséoParc, the Château de Bussy Rabutin, the village of Flavigny and the manufacture of its Anis, the Buffon Museum in Montbard and the site "Les Forges de Buffon", the Auxois Zoo, the sources of the Seine, the Morvan Natural Park, the city of Saulieu. A little further, one of the most beautiful villages in France: Vézelay, a place of pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela or the city of Dijon (1 hour from Lantilly). Swimming spots are not far away either: Lake Pont (11 km), Le nid à la Caille (6.6 km) in Venarey les Laumes or the Amphitrite swimming pool in Montbard (13 km). The rental has a parking space. The station "Les Laumes Alesia" is 8 km away and the station of Montbard, TGV station, is 13 km away. With the TGV you are 1 hour from Paris/Gare de Lyon. By car, you are 2.5 hours from Paris, Porte d'Orléans via the A6 from exit 23 Bierre-les-Semur (which is 20 km from the vacation rental). The rental price includes: preparation of the accommodation, linens and towels (not ironed!). We provide hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and garbage bags. ! Please note: The gîte has a maximum capacity of 5 people (and a baby under 24 months). No requests for additional people are accepted, as the gîte's insurance and the gîte's comfort (such as hot water) would not be sufficient otherwise. ! Warning: this is not a party room! !
