The house with a slide

Family and comfortable vacation home. You are at the right place, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax! We, Beate and Vincent, provide you with a nice house located in front of the washhouse, between the church and the castle with a hundred windows, in the heart of the small Burgundian village, Lantilly. This house is ideal for a family or two couples with children. We live 5 minutes from the vacation home. In case of need/problems we will not be far away. The space A house with character, made of wood and traditional stone. The entrance to the latter is through the balcony. On the first floor, you have an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) open to the dining room, where there is a sideboard full of board games for all ages. On the same floor are the bathroom (toilet, sink, bathtub shower, washing machine, towel dryer, hair dryer) and two bedrooms: with a 160x 200cm bed, a 60x120 cm barrel bed, a changing dresser and a closet with wardrobe then another with a 140x200cm bed and small wardrobe. On the second floor, we provide you with a small mezzanine living room and a dormitory with 3 single beds (different heights). This room also has a desk and wardrobe. The accommodation is not yet equipped with fiber optic/internet/Wi-Fi/TV. Enjoy a 5% discount for a booking of 7 nights or more. Guest access You have two floors of a house with balcony, garden, terrace. Kids will love going down from the balcony on the slide. Garden furniture and a barbecue will be available in the summer season. Other things to note The slide house is in the heart of a small quiet and pleasant village. The church is not far and its bell will tell you the time. Many sightseeing spots are available to you: the beautiful medieval city Semur en Auxois, the Abbaye de Fontenay (a Unesco world heritage site), the site of Alésia and the MuséoParc, the castle of Bussy Rabutin, the village of Flavigny and the making of its Anis, the Buffon museum in Montbard and the site "les Forges de Buffon", the zoo of Auxois, the sources of the Seine, the Natural Park of Morvan, the town of Saulieu. A little further, one of the most beautiful villages in France: Vezelay, a hotspot of pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela or the city of Dijon (1 hour from Lantilly). Swimming points are also not far away: Lake Pont (11 km away), Le Nid à la Caille (6.6 km away) in Venarey-les-Laumes, or the Amphitrite swimming pool in Montbard (13 km away). The rental has parking space. The train station "Les Laumes Alesia" is 8km away and that of Montbard is a TGV station, 13km away. With the TGV you are 1 hour from Paris/Gare de Lyon. By car, you are 2h30 from Paris, Porte d 'Orléans via the A6 from exit 23 Bierre-les-Semur (which is 20km from the holiday house). The rental price includes: preparation of the accommodation, linens and towels (not ironed!). We provide hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and garbage bags. ! Please note: The cottage has a maximum capacity of 5 people (plus a baby if necessary, depending on the group configuration = upon request). No further requests for additional guests will be accepted, as the cottage's insurance and amenities (such as hot water) would not be sufficient otherwise. ! Heads up: this is not a party room! ! Pets are not allowed No smoking in the house!
