Welcome to a place designed for comfort, relaxation, and tranquility. You will stay in a pleasant, well-kept space that is ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing or work. We place particular importance on respecting the property and the neighborhood. No parties, gatherings, events, or birthdays are allowed. The number of guests must match the confirmed reservation, and only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. The space Welcome to our family home in Frelinghien, where everything has been thought out for your well-being, combining sleek décor in soft tones with comprehensive amenities. - Living Areas (Ground Floor) Cozy Living Area: A bright room with a living area that invites you to relax (smart TV, 180 channels, YouTube) and a large wooden table for sharing your meals. Open-plan kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking like at home, opens onto the living room so you don't miss out on any of the social moments. Bonus: The living room sofa is convertible and provides genuine extra bedding (140 x 200 cm / 55 x 79 in). - The Sleeping Area: The house has 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, plus a high-quality sofa bed in the living room: - Bedroom 1: One large queen-size bed (160 x 200). - Bedroom 2 (Blue): A queen-size bed (160 x 200) + a real wooden crib. - Bedroom 3 (Green): One queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) + one single bed (90 x 190 cm). - In the living room (ground floor): The sofa bed can be converted into a proper extra bed (140 x 200 cm) for the 7th and 8th guests. - The bathroom: Bright, with a bathtub/shower and a double sink. Separate toilet on each floor. - Exteriors & Relaxation As soon as the weather improves, enjoy the wooden deck and the enclosed garden. A table and garden furniture are at your disposal for everything from breakfast in the open air to evenings under the string lights. 🐾 Our dog and cat friends: We are happy to accommodate your companions; please let us know when you book. A flat fee of €12 per day applies. For everyone's comfort, dogs must stay on the ground floor and not go up to the bedrooms. Please arrange their own bedding for the night. 📍 Location & Things to do A bucolic and strategic setting: 400 m away: Escape to the banks of the Lys River. A magnificent setting for your walks or bike rides, lulled by the sound of birdsong. The Village: Everything is in the immediate vicinity (pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, Italian restaurant, Coccimarket grocery store open Tuesday to Sunday) and a local produce store 2 km (1.2 miles) away. Check it out: * Lille (20 min): Vieux-Lille, the Citadelle, and its famous markets. * Nature (20 min): Lac du Héron and its waterfront restaurant. * The coast (50 min): The beaches of the Nord department (Dunkirk, Malo-les-Bains) and the untouched sites of Cap Gris-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez. * Belgium: The Lys Bridge separates you from Belgium and its beautiful cities (Ghent, Bruges, Kortrijk). Guest access The house is fully available to you. Parking: You have easy access to park your vehicle for free right in front of the house.
