Air-conditioned 18 m2 studio, atypical, very quiet at the end of a courtyard. New accommodation, wooden wall, rather modern, 160 sofa bed, new mattress, 20 m2 private terrace. Possibility to park 1 or 2 motorcycles in the private courtyard. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk to the city center, shops and restaurants. We are close to the historic monuments of Poitiers, opposite the Sainte Croix Museum, the Baptistery of St John, 200 m from the Cathedral... Very close to the Futuroscope. Guest access The 18 m2 studio is located in a closed courtyard where you can park 1–2 motorcycles, bicycles... You also have a private terrace of about 20 m2 at your disposal. Other things to note For a discovery stay, we provide you with a book with the different sights and monuments of the region, our favorite restaurants, as well as the dates of cultural events (theater, concerts...).
