Simple, practical, well-equipped and easy to live in, the house is ideal for a pleasant family vacation. The living room and kitchen open onto a terrace for lunch or relaxation. Children and babies are welcome (fully equipped). The house is located in a quiet area in the center of Cazaux and 1 km from the first beach of Lake Cazaux, great for children. The fenced garden allows you to park your cars and let the children play without fear. The space The living room opens onto the terrace and consists of a living room with 2 sofas and an ottoman, a large flat-screen TV on a swivel arm, and a dining area. The well-equipped kitchen is closed to allow direct access to the terrace without bringing heat into the house. The dining room is equipped for 6 people. The main sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. Each room has a wooden shutter, a blind, a mosquito net and a ceiling fan. Beds of 160 x 200 and 90 x 190. A third bedroom isolated from the others (bed 160 x 200) and opening onto the living room allows for teleworking. The house is equipped with connected locks with pad to move freely without keys. Everything you need to relax in the garden (games, deckchairs, etc.) or at the lake (beach games, parasols, etc.) is available in the shed. A large barbecue allows you to have lunch on the terrace equipped for your enjoyment. Guest access The entire house is available for your use. In the garden, the shed attached to the house offers everything you need to relax or have fun in the garden. Beach games are also available for children with parasols. You can park your vehicle in the garden. Other things to note About: babies, animals, BA 120 Baby equipment available: changing mat, bathtub, high chair, baby bed (can be opened in the bedroom of the sleeping area), baby dishes and stroller.
