This family home is very close to the beach and the village center. We do everything on foot. Brand new and modern, this spacious house in its garden welcomes family and friends. Each comfortable double bed can be separated into 2 single beds. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, 2 overhanging terraces for meals, seeing the sunset over the sea, and the English coasts in good weather. Plenty of games for kids, pétanque court. Private parking 2 spots. Bike garage. The space We offer our brand new secondary residence, which we wanted to be comfortable and convenient, open to the sea, which can be seen from the ground floor. The land is sloping, the house is built in flexible, three bedrooms are on the garden level, that is to say underneath. Step-free access from the street, to the ground floor, you will be seduced by the living room, bright thanks to its 4 floor-to-ceiling windows, and its cathedral ceiling. Two large sofas, armchairs, coffee table, TV area... The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, an extendable table for 8/10 people. The living room is embellished with 2 large balconies, one in the southwest, the other towards the setting sun. 2 garden tables allow you to choose your terrace for meals, depending on the race of the sun or the wind. The spacious entrance in PMR access serves a master suite, composed of a bedroom (bedroom 1) with a large bed in 180x200 (2 beds of 90 joints, which can be separated if needed); the private bathroom has a double sink, a large tiled Italian step-free shower, and a raised toilet. Between bathroom 1 and the bedroom, a dressing room with 2 closets and a wardrobe. A toilet with a sink is accessible from the entrance. The floor below is accessed by an internal staircase. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have a 160 x 200 bed (separable into 2 beds). Through the French door you can access the garden, and a small terrace sheltered from the wind allows you to relax in the sunbeds. Bedroom 4 is more intended for children. 2 x 2 bunk beds of 90 x 200, games for all ages. A small desk (with screen and bluetooth printer) is intended for remote work, it can be placed in bedroom 2 or 3. Bathroom 2 is equipped with a sink, a large walk-in shower with a tray, and a space to change a baby. At the end of the corridor, a garage for your bikes or windsurfers; a lingerie area with a washer, dryer and sink. Through the terraces or through the garage, you can access the garden equipped with a pétanque court, a relaxation area with sunbeds. A gate at the back of the garden gives access to a small path to the beach. Guest access The entire property is available for your use. Only 2 locked cabinets allow us to store our personal belongings. Other things to note Private parking in front of the house allows you to park 2 cars. A regular electrical outlet is nearby, to charge an electric vehicle, but you'll need to bring a portable charger. A wood-burning stove in the living room is very pleasant in winter, but in summer it is really superfluous... If you really want to use it, please respect the instructions for use contained in the welcome booklet. on the other hand, you can use the BBK Weber, on the southwest balcony terrace preferably.
