This family accommodation is very close to the beach and the village center. We do everything on foot. Brand new and modern, this spacious house in its garden welcomes your family and friends. Each comfortable double bed can be separated into 2 single beds. Large bay windows, 2 overhanging terraces to have meals, see the sunset over the sea, and the English coast in good weather. Many games for children, petanque court. Private parking 2 spaces. Bike garage. The space We offer our brand new second home, which we wanted to be comfortable and practical, open to the sea, which can be seen from the ground floor. The land being sloping, the house is built in souplex, three bedrooms are on the ground floor, that is to say below. With single-level access from the street, on the ground floor, you will be seduced by the living room, bright thanks to its 4 bay windows, and its cathedral ceiling. Two large sofas, armchairs, coffee table, TV area... The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, an extendable table for 8/10 people. The living room is decorated with 2 large balcony terraces, one to the southwest, the other towards the setting sun. 2 garden tables allow you to choose your terrace for meals, depending on the course of the sun or the wind. The spacious PMR-accessible entrance serves a master suite, consisting of a bedroom (bedroom 1) with a large 180 x 200 comfort bed (2 beds of 90 joints, which can be separated if necessary); the private bathroom has a double sink, a large tiled walk-in shower, and an elevated toilet. Between bathroom 1 and the bedroom, a dressing room with 2 closets and a wardrobe. A toilet with sink is accessible from the entrance. The floor below is accessible by an internal staircase. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have a 160 x 200 bed (separable into 2 beds). Through the French window you can access the garden, and a small terrace sheltered from the wind allows you to relax in the deckchairs. Room 4 is intended for children. 2 x 2 bunk beds of 90 x 200, games for all ages. A small desk (with screen and Bluetooth printer) is intended for teleworking, it can be placed in bedroom 2 or 3. Bathroom 2 is equipped with a sink, a large walk-in shower with a shower tray, and a space to change a baby. At the end of the corridor, a garage for your bikes or windsurfing boards; a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and sink. Through the terraces or the garage, you can access the garden equipped with a petanque court, a relaxation area with deckchairs. A gate at the bottom of the garden gives access to a small path to the beach. Guest access The entire property is at your disposal. Only 2 locked cupboards allow us to store our personal belongings. Other things to note Private parking in front of the house allows you to park 2 cars. An ordinary electrical outlet is nearby, to charge an electric vehicle, but you will need to bring a portable charger. A wood-burning stove in the living room is very pleasant in winter, but in summer it is really superfluous... If you really want to use it, please follow the instructions for use contained in the welcome booklet. On the other hand, you can use the Weber BBK, preferably on the southwest terrace-balcony.
