Tiny House in Champdray La Ty Vosg'Breizh

At 800 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Vosges nature, 15 km from Gérardmer, this atypical tiny named La Ty Vosg'Breizh will welcome you in a quiet and peaceful place. The area is suitable for many summer and winter activities (hiking, bike rides, swimming in different lakes, fishing, alpine and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.). If the name of our Tiny appeals to you, it's because I live in Brittany and I'm from Gérardmer 😉 The space The tiny is 20 square meters optimized: - a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 X 190 bed (2 adults) - a cozy living room area that can be converted into an extra bed (1 adult or 2 children) with storage boxes and cupboards. - a storage area located under the living room. - a wood-burning stove (wood, fire lighter and lighter provided). - a kitchen equipped with small appliances and dishes. - coffee, tea, herbal tea, coffee filters, paper towels, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar are at your disposal upon arrival. - a bathroom with a sink, shower and dry toilet (with separate compartment for urine). - Hand soap, towels, tea towels and bed linen provided (washed but not ironed) as well as toilet paper. - Drinking water. - Pets allowed. - The Tiny is brand new and the exterior layout is not finalized, it takes time for the plants to grow. Guests can enjoy a terrace with table, chairs, barbecue, umbrella and something to relax about. - it seemed important to me to bring some Breton and Vosges touches to the Tiny and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Guest access Check-in after 4pm and checkout by 12pm. A key box is accessible and parking is accessible near the tiny. Other things to note Small documents are provided to help you discover the region and practice multiple activities. You have the option to eat at La Maison d'Annie located 50 meters from the Tiny. In front of the Tiny, you only have a field with sometimes cows and deer. Living in a completely autonomous Tiny will require you to be eco-responsible. You will need to be a little more attentive to electricity consumption than in a conventional home. Remember to sort your waste (containers are located 2 km from the tiny). Regarding the dry toilet containing two compartments, you will be asked to empty the bag (compostable) and put it in the compost bin located outside next to the wood bin.
