Chalet Norvosges is the ideal place for unique moments with family and friends. The chalet built in 2023, is located in a quiet residential area, while being close to city center, the lake, and many forest trails. Designed to accommodate upto 8 people (and a baby) you benefit from a large landscaped garden and playground, stunning views of the valley, a games room and a relaxation area with Jacuzzi heated all year round. Bed linen, towels, wifi, heating and electricity are included in the price. The space Its interior layout of 180 m2 of living space is spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor you have access to a large entrance hall, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a shower room with WC, a games room with table football, electronic dartboard, books, toys, board games and a smart TV. For adults, a relaxation area awaits you with long chairs and a heated jacuzzi to lie down, relax and enjoy your holidays. You also have a garage for one car with storage space for skis/bikes/strollers, and a charging plug 3,7kW for electric cars. The 1st floor offers a large living space with a fully equipped open kitchen (crockery, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee makers (Nespresso krups, and filter coffee), toaster, kettle, raclette machine). From the dining room with table and chairs for 8 people, you have direct access to a south-facing semi-covered terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue (charcoal). The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a wood stove. You will also find a double bedroom (bed 140/200) with en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet. Finally, upstairs, there are three large bedrooms; two with double beds (160/200) and one with two single beds, a separate toilet and a shower room with double sinks and baby equipment (baby bath and changing table). Outside you have 2 additional parking spaces and a garden with apple trees from which you can pick apples and make beautiful apple pies in the autumn. In the summer, you might see cows or horses on the neighbour field, or get the chance to see a fox or deer early in the morning. At the end of your private garden you have access to a large enclosed area which is reserved for our two chalets, where children can have fun on the trampoline and the play structure, while adults can play a game of pétanque. With its ideal location on a sunny hillside in Gérardmer, you benefit from breathtaking views of the valley and the ski slopes of Gérardmer. Heating is provided by underfloor heating, and a modern wood-burning stove gives an instant relaxing atmosphere in the winter evenings.
