Elegant and comfortable house 1 hour from Paris Gare de Lyon by train or by car. 5 minutes away: 50m swimming pool, tennis lessons, walks in the forests of Larchant, climbing, canoeing on the Loing, Accrobranche, the old chateau de Nemours, the visit of the Barbizon workshops... Ideal groups of friends, family reunion, tourism, absolute relaxation. No parties, PLEASE! Pets available upon request. Open from April until the end of October, unless specifically requested. The space Come with family, groups of friends, with children of all ages. This home is great for reunions and good times shared together. All leisure and tourist activities are next to the village. This was my main house and I completely renovated the building in 2014. The place is perfect for taking a real breath of country air, discovering nature and the famous stones of the forests of Larchant and Fontainebleau. The house is right next to Paris (one hour by train) for sightseeing during the day. The leisure activities are abundant and are all 5-15 minutes from the house: 50m Olympic swimming pool under the trees, sauna, hammam, canoeing and kayaking on the Loing, a huge complex of tennis lessons, adventure park, walks, climbing… Not to mention the visits to the sites of history and beauty: the chateaux of Fontainebleau and Nemours, the market of Milly la Forêt… and the largest Museum of Prehistory in Ile de France. Detach yourself in the large living room of 30m2, enjoy a very large kitchen for family dining. Rest or do your BBQs in the garden or yard. Play pétanque in the village. If it rains, many games and books are available, as well as high speed wifi. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor that are through (ideal family with children). These bedrooms are separated by a glass door (not sounded). The yellow bedroom opens to the kitchen and is separated from a curtain. There are still 2 separate bedrooms upstairs, one of which is 40m2, well suited for children's games or for practicing yoga! It has a permanent crib, high chair and early childhood amenities. Attention - there is only one bathroom/shower at the top which is closed by a glass door and a curtain. On the property there is your large house with its garden equipment (8 person table, umbrella, 4 sunbeds). Further afield, in the corner, there is a small house, where Christian your host will reside during stays, available if needed. The two houses are completely independent and well separated. The courtyard is mainly for you and the back garden is completely private. Guest access Independent access to the main house. Two parking spaces in the courtyard, plenty of outdoor parking. Other things to note Cleaning includes bedding. If you come fewer, I can offer a discount. The stairs on the first floor are a little steep, but protected. There is only one bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and the room closes with a sliding glass door and a black curtain. There are two sinks and another toilet on the ground floor. For very large families or large groups of friends, it would take a little patience. The living room is heated by a large pellet stove and we will provide 2 bags for the week, or 1 bag for shorter stays. As we are environmentally conscious, please do not consume electric heaters excessively. The rental rate includes reasonable use of heating if needed. We rent the house from spring to early fall for this reason. We look forward to meeting you!
